What type of buildings and equipment can you treat? We treat facilities and equipment based on the amount of wasted energy we can identify. here are inherent inefficiencies in the large loads and the distribution system of most facilities. Chillers, boilers, HVAC equipment, large motors and lighting are some of the areas that waste the most energy. Based on the size of your facility and specific energy use EESG can evaluate the feasibility of an energy cost reduction program that will meet your expectations.

How will EESG’s installation and equipment effect our operation?  Our technologies will not  harm any of your existing equipment in any way and will, in fact, increase the efficiency and life expectancy of your equipment while reducing maintenance costs. We install our equipment in parallel with your systems so any malfunction of our equipment can be bypassed and your operation will continue to run without interruption.

How do we get started and what is the cost?  There is no cost for your organization to have us come out and evaluate your facility and determine if our energy cost saving programs will meet your expectations. After gathering information on your facility we will utilize our exclusive software to evaluate the feasibility of your project. This risk free proposition gives you and EESG an opportunity to determine if the savings, cost, and ROI are appropriate for your needs.

How do you verify the actual savings?  We verify savings by using the U.S. Dept. of Energy Measurement and Verification Protocol or M&V. This protocol conforms to the standards of the IPMVP (International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol).  In addition, most power companies that offer incentives and rebates for energy savings use the SPC (Standard Performance Contract) for the installation of high efficiency equipment or systems. To get the approval for incentives, utilities require SPC compliance using M&V protocols.  EESG ‘s Measurement and Verification (M&V) protocol conforms to or exceeds the standards set up by IPMVP, SPC and other organizations. The M&V protocol establishes a baseline of energy use and than dictates measurement standards for determining savings.  That is the technical explanation, but the simple answer is the savings will be reflected clearly on your lower monthly utility bill.

What Guarantees do you have?  Once we have completed our site survey we prepare a detailed proposal with the savings as well as the costs guaranteed in writing. How can we offer the strongest guarantee in the industry?  We conduct a thorough engineering review to understand your facility, specific equipment, and how our applications will interface with you systems. We have the expertise to achieve our proposed estimates because those estimates are both realistic and conservative based on sound engineering principles, experience, and proven technology.

How do your finance programs work?  Our exclusive revenue share program is quickly becoming our most popular financing option.  We split the actual savings 50%-50% for the first three years. In the forth year the savings are increased to 70%-30% in your favor and thereafter we split 80%-20%. There are buyout options throughout the contract if you choose to retain all the savings. This program eliminates the need for front-end capital while giving you cash flow from the energy savings that are realized.

We also offer shorter-term cash flow lease-to-own programs and an outright purchase program with a 60% down payment and the balance due once savings have been verified by M&V analysis. With ROI paybacks often running 18 months or less, the cash purchase option will give you the greatest overall savings and a quick return of your capital investment. The important point is you have options with EESG with no financial impediment to immediately add our energy cost reduction savings to your bottom line.

Do you meet Local, National, and International building codes and installation standards?  EESG and our technology partners conduct business nationally and internationally with many hundreds of installations that meet all equipment and installation standards and practices. Our engineers monitor accepted industry standards and oversee all installations to make sure those standards are met.  In addition, we often arrange for local licensed and bonded electrical contractors to assist in the installation.   Our equipment is designed and selected to conform to all local, national, and international standards. Your installation will be both safe and reliable.
